Assists wounded and disabled veterans who are struggling with their transition from military to civilian lives. Foundation sponsors 8 day workshop named FOCUS) held four times a year for veterans from across the United States. The workshop is held on a beautiful farm outside St. Louis, Missouri. Program assists veterans with the invisible wounds, i.e PTS, TBI, survivor guilt, and moral injury. The veteran learns ways of coping with and thinking about his or her issues and situation. They return to their homes with a new and revitalized mind set. They establish smart goals to achieve upon their return to their homes. Each veteran is assigned a Team Leader who assists them while they are in camp. Upon the veterans return home, their Team Leader continues to maintain contact with them to mentor them and hold them accountable to work towards and achieve their goals. There is no cost to the veteran to attend a FOCUS class.
